วิธีการขยายเวลาทดลองใช้งาน Windows Server 2008 จากปกติ 60 วัน เป็น 240 วัน

Windows Server 2008 สามารถทดลองใช้ได้โดยไม่จำเป็นต้อง activate โดยทั่วไปแล้วจะมีระยะเวลาการทดลองอยู่ที่ 60 วัน แต่สามารถ reset ระบบการนับเวลาใหม่ได้อีก 3 ครั้ง (ครั้งละ 60 วัน รวม 180 วัน) นับรวมเวลาทดลองใช้งานครั้งแรกอีก 60 วัน จะสามารถใช้งานได้นานสุดถึง 240 วัน ภายหลังจากนั้นแล้ว ถ้าอยากทดลองใช้งานต่อ ต้องติดตั้งระบบปฏิบัติการใหม่ทั้งหมด
